CCTV eye was one of the modules projected onto Keiichi Matsuda's Prism, an enigmatic installation about hidden data flows from the capital. The installation was suspended from the V&A cupola during London Design Festival 2012. My module was based on a CCTV feed from London's traffic authorities. It consists of a radial structure based on the location data of the traffic cameras, and it re-configures itself every time a new image arrives from the feed, borrowing colors and a measure of complexity from the images and recreating them in an abstract composition.
